• Constructively align out-of-class learning experiences with graduate attributes (developmental outcomes) and assessment criteria.
• Ensure alignment between Student Affairs programmes and the broader UFS Graduate Attributes project.
• Enable Student Affairs to use data and data analytics to enhance student development.
