Carine van Zyl, a proud UFS alumna, heads this section. The section deals with compiling promotional marketing material such as the prospectus, faculty booklets, Grade 9 booklets, etc. This component covers the assembly of promotional materials such as the prospectus, faculty handbooks, Grade 9 booklets, etc. This part covers media purchases, ads on printed, electronic, and digital platforms, Grade 9 guidance, school sponsorships, strategic planning, risk management, and cutting-edge marketing innovations.

By using the appropriate platforms to distribute messages to reach the target markets, the section's goal is to maximize the impact of advertising. In addition, to guarantee that all marketing initiatives, including student recruitment campaigns, are planned and managed to foster awareness, a desire for, and an interest in enrolling in courses at the University of the Free State. This helps the section establish the UFS identity and expand the vision, mission, values, and culture of the University of the Free State.
