Serving as the Head of a Research and Data Management Unit in Student Recruitment Services Department, I oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing student recruitment efforts. With a solid foundation in project management and a strong passion for strategic formulation and implementation, I spearhead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. I am responsible for Risk Management, and Quality Management. I represent the department in the Support Services Risk Management Committee and POPIA Forum.

My key responsibilities include Data collection from various institutional resources, data management, statistical analysis, producing reports and dashboards to drive informed decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency within the department.

Serving as a Research Assistant within the Research and Data Management Unit, I focus on projects designed to optimise student recruitment strategies and contribute significantly to ensuring that the Directorate of Student Recruitment attains its enrolment targets. In addition to spearheading recruitment projects, I assist in crafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to the University's specific needs. By thoroughly documenting and streamlining recruitment processes, I ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with the University's overarching goals and values.
