Training to provide firm leadership basis

The Office for Student Leadership Development at the University of the Free State (UFS) is aimed at growing and developing future leaders of the UFS and beyond. The training provides a firm leadership basis and prepares you for the 2017 elections of all student governance structures.

The training which is divided into two categories, namely Generic Leadership training and Pre-Election training intends to provide students with necessary “soft skills” that the corporate market values as crucial to business success.

All students from the UFS are welcome

The training is open to students from both the Bloemfontein Campus and South Campus in any year of study. These sessions, which will be held mostly in the evening will also cater to those off campus. To accommodate day students and provide alternative attendance options for all, there will be a repeat during the lunch hour, within a week from the original evening session.
