The EU, in a cooperation agreement with the French Embassy in Pretoria, provided special training to the following people since 1996: two architects, Petria Smit and Dr Gerhard Bosman; a quantity surveyor, Erica Greyling; a soil technician, Johan van Wyk; one building contractor, Selo Molemela; and one community leader, Norman Mokheto.
