We welcome school groups and other groups and are willing to organise an exceptional experience for you.
Visiting Hours
The Sci-Ed Science Education Centre is open for exploration from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:30.
Entrance Fee
- Members of the public pay R20 per person
- UFS students and staff members enjoy free entry.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
School groups:
- R20 per person for a guided tour through the interactive science exhibits in the Science Centre
- R40 per person for a laboratory session
- R50 for a guided tour through the Science Centre combined with a laboratory session.
