FACULTY MENU
In online learning you need a way to communicate with your learners. You have probably been doing this with some kind of messaging system, maybe with Whatsapp, already. However, this is limited.
A learning management system (LMS), such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams or Moodle has many more functions which can make online learning easier.
You need to find out if your school has already signed up for one of these LMSs and get the relevant information about this, e.g. a dedicated email address and password that you must use to access the school's LMS.
If your school has not yet signed up for a LMS, it is possible for you to use these platforms yourself, e.g. you can use your personal gmail account, or a gmail account that you set up just for teaching, to create a Google Classroom, such as the one we are using for this SLP. Although this is not as good as doing this through Google for Education (which your principal would need to organise), it works well, especially as a temporary measure.
