The grant is a contribution towards the costs of the planned Erasmus+ mobility period.

4. Teaching or training mobility
Staff mobilities are open for academic and administrative staff, and can be for teaching, training, or both. However, priority will be given to academic staff members for a teaching mobility.

Listed below are the requirements for the respective mobilities:
  • During mobility for teaching, staff should deliver at least eight hours of teaching.

  • Mobility can also be for teaching and training. In this case, the minimum number of teaching hours is four hours per week.

Staff mobilities can be conducted on site, in which case the grant will be paid; or online, in which case the grant will not be paid as there are no travel expenses involved. An inter-institutional agreement between the home and the host universities must be signed before the start of any mobility.

5. Start and end dates of the mobility programme
Staff can start their mobility at any time in the period 2022-2023, in accordance with the academic calendar and official breaks of the host and home institutions.
