Research:

I am a Lecturer in the UFS Department of Business Management and have been teaching Entrepreneurship and Marketing since 2016. One of the qualities of my classes is that I strive to make entrepreneurship lectures practical for students by always identifying new ways of mirroring the classroom in real-life industry scenarios.

My core research domains focus on general as well as social entrepreneurship. I am pursuing my PhD in Business Management, focusing on Social Entrepreneurship, as an instrument for sustainable community development in the Maluti-a-Phofung municipality. This study will look at the role of social entrepreneurship on sustainable community development by focusing on social entrepreneurs and the challenges they face in their task to overcome socio-economic challenges as they strive to develop communities in the Maluti-a-Phofung municipality.
