Research:
I am a Lecturer in the Department of Business Management. In this field of research, I am focusing on business management, which includes entrepreneurship, leadership styles, and small medium enterprise (SMEs) performance, personality traits, and SME success. I presented the topic ‘Leadership styles and their effects on SMEs performance’ at the 8th International Conference on Social Science, organised by the North-West University (South Africa) and the Social Sciences Research Society (Turkey), in 2017. Moreover, I chaired a session at a conference presented at the University of the Free State, with the theme ‘COVID-19 and the Quest for Reconfiguration of Disciplines: unpacking new directions’, held on 26 March 2021.
I hold a MCom in Business Management, a BCom Honours in Business Management, and a BCom Human Resources Management from the University of the Free State.
