Important Notice to Tenderers

• No late submissions (tenders will be auto-timed)
• The UFS reserves its right to remove a tender or cancel a tender without any notice or reasons.
• The UFS reserves the right not to award the tenders.
• It is the responsibility of the service providers to ensure that all required documentation is valid for each submission.
• Collection of tenders: The proof of payment indicating the name of the company, project number, and the name of the project should be sent via email. University Estates will provide a link to download a document.
