I hail from the beautiful countryside of Fort Beaufort in the Eastern Cape. I am currently employed as a Lecturer with the Department of Industrial Psychology at the University of Free State.
I hold a Bcomm Business Management & Industrial Psychology, Bcomm Honours Industrial Psychology, Mcomm Industrial Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with the University of Fort Hare.
Presently, I am completing my 2nd year of a PhD Industrial Psychology with the University of South Africa (UNISA). A key focus of the PhD is on the implications self-conscious emotions such as shame has on organisational outcomes. Other areas of interest include research within the positive psychology, organisational psychology, moral psychology, personnel psychology, consumer psychology, psychopathology in the workplace and labour relations amongst others.
