Shadowing: It is highly recommended to visit a Physiotherapy practice, hospitals and rehabilitation centres before applying for Physiotherapy. Doing this will ensure that you make an informed decision about your career choice. Contact your nearest Physiotherapist for help and ask if you could spend a fun and hardworking day with them.
Open Days: Look out for information about the University Open Days where you are introduced to the fun group of students and lecturers ready to inform and answer any questions.
Career Guidance: Attendance of career guidance courses at schools are an informative way to know more about a spesific career.
Pregraduate Selection Information: Prospective students of the School of Allied Health Professions are subject to selection because of limited places available. Refer to Undergraduate Admission for selection requirements and selection procedure and download our Faculty booklet. The most important factor for selection is academic potential but other activities and the level thereof plays a role apart from academic potential.
NBT (National Benchmark Tests) must be written before application and these results will also be taken into consideration as a additional guide for selection. See the NBT website for more information about the tests.
