Kindly note that the access method to the UFS Library's electronic resources has changed.


Below are the steps on how to access the electronic resources

  • The Electronic Resources page will display.
  • Select any resource (i.e. Databases, Journals) in the left navigation.

  • Click the A-Z database list link.

  • Select the desired database as shown below

You will be redirected to the Microsoft Office 365 login page.

  • Note: Students use studentnumber@ufs.ac.za and NOT studentnumber@ufs4life.ac.za as their email.
  • For support, call +27 51 401 2000 or email servicedesk@ufs.ac.za.

    • Click Next.

    • Enter your UFS password.
