This recognition not only boosted my confidence, but also reinforced my determination to excel in my academic and professional journey. 

2. How do you stay motivated and on track with your studies?

I stay motivated by setting clear goals and reminding myself of the purpose behind my studies. Regular self-reflection, effective time management, and celebrating small milestones keep me focused. I also draw inspiration from my passion for industrial psychology and the support I receive from my mentors, peers, and family. 

3. What drives you to excel in your studies?

My drive to excel stems from my passion for learning and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the field of human resources and industrial psychology. I also value the opportunities that come with academic success, such as scholarships, networking, and career advancement.

5. What are your plans for 2025?

In 2025, I plan to further my studies by pursuing a BCom honours degree in Industrial Psychology. I aim to deepen my knowledge in the field, gain practical experience, and continue building a strong professional network. My ultimate goal is to grow as a future industrial psychologist and contribute positively to organisations and society.
