Apply Savickas’ eight-step technique using the career construction interview (CCI) (including the application of the three-recollections technique) (Savickas; Hartung) with the career-interest profile (CIP) (or with other techniques) to help clients connect life themes and construct life portraits under the guidance of counsellors.
