Invitation to the launch: The Right to Assembly, Demonstrations, Pickets, and Petitions campaign

As part of community education, the UFS Library and Information Services, in collaboration with the Free State Provincial Legislature and the Pule Molalenyane Foundation, invites you to the launch of a virtual national campaign and dialogue themed, ‘The guidelines for the freedom of assembly, demonstration, pickets, petition, and peaceful protest’. 

Join the round-table discussion led by the Speaker of the Free State Provincial Legislature, Zanele Sifuba, and facilitated by Pule Molalenyane. Among others, the panel will include Prof Sethulego Matebesi (UFS), the MEC of CoGTA, Hon. Thembeni Nxangisa, Omhle Ntshingila (Right2Protest), Godfrey Mayekiso (SANCO), and other panellists from the labour movements, community organisations, and student organisations.
