As part of its first Faculty Research Day for 2021, the Faculty of Law at the University of the Free State invites you to a public lecture by Prof Tshepo Madlingozi, Director of the Centre for Applied Legal Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand.

Prof Madlingozi’s lecture is titled, ‘On Settler Colonialism and Post-Conquest Constitutionness: The Decolonising Constitutional Vision of African Nationalists of Azania/South Africa
