The situation on the Bloemfontein Campus of the University of the Free State is calm this morning and no incidents occurred overnight. The campus is secure and members of the South African Police Service and the university's Protection Services are present.
The Bloemfontein and South Campuses will be closed on 25 to 26 February 2016. All academic and administrative services will resume on Monday 29 February 2016. The university management will use Thursday and Friday to prepare the campus for lectures and to try and finalise agreements with the protesting parties.
