The University of the Free State (UFS) will be presenting the 2nd UFS Thought-Leader Series in cooperation with Vrye Weekblad as part of the Vrystaat Arts Festival.

10 Kovsies in the 2006 SA Common Wealth games team

Ten students from the University of the Free State (UFS) are included in the South African team to compete in the Common Wealth Games in Melbourne, Australia from 15-26 March 2006. The Kovsies are:
