With the second semester well underway, you may feel overwhelmed by the academic pressure and you aren’t sure how to find your way out of this maze. Some first-years are still trying to cope with the hectic academic workload, and our soon to be graduates are contemplating how they will find their feet in the post-university world.

Strike by outsourced contract workers on the Bloemfontein Campus

All academic and administrative services on the Bloemfontein Campus of the University of the Free State (UFS) will continue as normal for the incoming week. The university management has invited striking outsourced contract workers back to the negotiation table and continues the work to resolve the concerns of these workers. All security arrangements remain in place to ensure that no disruption of university work takes place. Management will immediately apply the interdict should any disruptions occur.
