With the second semester well underway, you may feel overwhelmed by the academic pressure and you aren’t sure how to find your way out of this maze. Institute for Groundwater studies appoints a new director
2007-09-20
The Institute for Groundwater Studies (IGS) at the University of the Free State (UFS) recently appointed Dr Ingrid Dennis (pictured) as its new director. Dr Dennis comes with an impressive academic and professional record and has received numerous rewards for excellence both in her studies and professional career. She is a member of the International Hydro geological Association and the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions. She succeeds in this position Prof. Frank Hodgson who has since retired after more than thirty years of service.
