The Parlotones

Enlarged versions of our favourite cartoon characters, colourful student faces dressed in festive outfits, and The Parlotones who performed in front of a record crowd, are but a few of the highlights which characterised this year’s Engen Rag procession. This year, the Kovsie Rag procession also took a turn in Heidedal for the first time. The winners of this year’s colourful floats are Karee, Marjolein and Soetdoring (pool A) and JBM, Kagiso and Welwitschia (pool B).
