Pura Mgolombane, Dean: Student Affairs
Welcome to the University of the Free State! This is an opportunity to enjoy yourself and have the best years of your life. This is the message from Pura Mgolombane, Dean: Student Affairs at the University of the Free State, to new first-year students.
About 7900 new first-year students will start their study journey at the UFS this year, and Pura has some advice for the new Kovsies.

UFS resumes training of Educational Psychologists

In 2009 the Departments Psychology and Psycho-Education resumed the training of Educational Psychologists, after it had been dormant for a few years. This training will help ease the huge demand for Educational Psychologists in the central region of the country, as well as a need that was expressed by the Free State Department of Education in 2008.
