Staff participates in sport afternoon
2007-06-18
The University of the Free State (UFS) held an interdepartmental sport afternoon which was organised by the Wellness Committee. The purpose of the sport afternoon was to give staff the opportunity to interact in an informal manner, to get to know one another and to create a positive climate among staff, in the interest of wellness. Teams from a number of departments such as Finance, the Centre for Higher Education Studies and Development (CHESD), Human Resources, Computer Services and UFS Marketing enthusiastically participated in volley ball, golf and bowls. Here are a few of the team members of the Department of Finance.
