Helen Zille is a South African journalist, activist, and politician who served as the national leader (2007-2015) of the Democratic Alliance (DA), the official opposition party in South Africa. She was also Premier of the Western Cape from 2009 until 2019. Zille’s autobiography, Not without a Fight, was published in 2016.

Dr Olihile Sebolai, Manager: Research Capacity Development at the University of the Free State, was named among the Top 300 Young South Africans in a recent issue of the Mail and Guardian newspaper. In the issue the Mail and Guardian sought to highlight the top achieving youths in the country that have made impact in specific fields and continue to shape the future of our country and act as role models. Dr Sebolai was acknowledged for his contribution in the field of education and science.
