Helen Zille is a South African journalist, activist, and politician who served as the national leader (2007-2015) of the Democratic Alliance (DA), the official opposition party in South Africa. She was also Premier of the Western Cape from 2009 until 2019. Zille’s autobiography, Not without a Fight, was published in 2016.
Wellness Committee presents talks about child psychology

The Wellness Committee of the University of the Free State (UFS) presented two talks on the Main Campus in Bloemfontein on Saturday, 29 August 2009. The first talk was presented by Dr Piére Nel, a local psychologist, who talked about the empowerment of children in a changing world. Dr Henriëtte van den Berg from the Department of Psychology at the UFS spoke about the prevention of suicidal behaviour amongst children and adolescents.
