Helen Zille is a South African journalist, activist, and politician who served as the national leader (2007-2015) of the Democratic Alliance (DA), the official opposition party in South Africa. She was also Premier of the Western Cape from 2009 until 2019. Zille’s autobiography, Not without a Fight, was published in 2016.

Jean-Marie Neethling, a first-year e-learning LL.B. Law student of the University of the Free State (UFS) won a gold medal in the ladies 4x100 metres free style at the recent South African Senior Swimming Championships held in Durban. She also won a silver medal in the ladies 200 metres breast stroke.
Her achievements at last year’s South African University Swimming Tournament that was held in East London are even more astounding where she won three gold, two silver and two bronze medals. |
