New Orientation Programme for 2008

During 2007 the Vice-Rector: Student Affairs, Dr Ezekiel Moraka, appointed an Orientation Task Team to co-ordinate and enhance the orientation of students in 2008. This programme will begin on 11 January 2008 when the new first-year students will be officially welcomed to the UFS. The programme will run until classes begin in February.
The programme will reach a climax during Success Week (28 January - 1 February) that aims to support and enhance students’ focus on academic success. During this week, two programmes will be running - one for seniors and one for first-year students.
