The 2021 Bloemfontein Campus Student Representative Council (CSRC) Elective Portfolio Elections will be held online from 23 to 26 March 2021. A first-time experience for the University of the Free State (UFS)!
All registered UFS students are
entitled to vote for candidates to serve in the elective portfolios. Student councils will nominate their respective chairpersons as candidates for ex officio portfolios.

Astronomy Fair on the Bloemfontein Campus

A “star” festival of a different kind took place on the Bloemfontein Campus on Saturday 21 July 2012. Students, learners and other interested people participated in the Astronomy Fair. They could look at the sky through telescopes, learn more about the astronomy world, even on their cell phones, and witness a rocket launch.
