A graduate of the Centre for Development Support at the University of the Free State, Ms Carol Mumba, has been awarded a prestigious scholarship to participate in the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program in the United States. She will be hosted by the University of Washington in Seattle, where she will focus on Human Resources and Public Policy Analysis. The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship provides a year of professional enrichment in the US for experienced professionals from designated countries.
