There was great excitement in the air at the University of the Free State’s Bloemfontein Campus as almost 400 students gathered with their friends and family at the Callie Human Centre for the December Graduation ceremony. On Thursday 1 December 2011 The UFS awarded various degrees and diplomas to students of the Faculty for Health Sciences and the School of Open Learning at this joint graduation ceremony. The School of Open Learning was established earlier this year at the South Campus and was officially launched on 28 November 2011. The school previously formed part of the Faculty of Education.
