The Kovsie Bequest Society at the University of the Free State (UFS) recently presented a workshop on estate planning and administration. The Director of Corporate Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr Gert Nel, and the head of the Department of Private Law at the UFS, Prof. Johan van Schalkwyk, presented papers. Mr Nel focused on estate planning and Prof. Van Schalkwyk talked about estate administration.
