The Centre for Graduate Support invites academic and support staff members to register for the Article Refinement Programme. The programme is an individually paced writing capacity development opportunity to refine articles and substantially increase the publishability of the articles. The programme is not a once-off writing retreat. Only applicants with draft articles or available data will be selected to participate in the programme. 

Individual contact or email sessions will guide the participants towards the completion and submission of their articles.

Workshop: Career Counselling: Dilemmas and Challenges in 2005

The University of the Free State's (UFS) Kovsie Counselling and Development and the Student Counselling Association of South Africa will be presenting a workshop titled "Career Counselling: Dilemmas and Challenges in 2005"

Date:  Wednesday 24 August 2005
Time:  09:00-13:00
Place: Career Counselling Building, UFS campus

Prof Koos Venter, former head of Kovsie Counselling and Development,  will be presenting the workshop.  The cost is R50 per person  and those who are interested can contact Ms Sunell Wiehman or Ms Petro Herbst on (051) 401-2853 before 17 August 2005.
