UFS celebrates opening of gate at DF Malherbe Avenue

The University of the Free State (UFS) this morning celebrated the opening of the new gate at the Agriculture Building on the Main Campus in Bloemfontein. The gate, which runs out of DF Malherbe Avenue, is the third largest gate built on the Main Campus. Prof. Frederick Fourie, Rector and Vice-Chancellor of the UFS, said that the needs of the security guards who have to stand guard at the gates were taken into consideration with the design of the gates.
