Judge Hancke appointed in Supreme Court of Appeal

Judge Faan Hancke, chairperson of the Council of the University of the Free
State (UFS), was appointed as acting judge in the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein
as from 1 December 2006. He has been serving on the UFS Council since 1997
and is also extraordinary professor at the Faculty of Law.
