  • To develop micro- and nanophosphors for applications in infrastructure and high-technology flat-panel displays.
  • To use nanotechnology for high-tech development as well as development in rural areas.
  • Organic electroluminescent devices (OLEDs) for use in solid-state lighting and full-colour flat-panel displays.
  • Development of organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices to enhance the efficiency of current solar cells (photovoltaic [PV] materials).
  • Theoretical and experimental studies on the formation of nano-particles.
