Easy-to-follow lecturer

Svinicki and McKeachie (2011) stress the importance of an online space (either through a Learning Management System [LMS] or website) for modules or courses. Such a space allows lecturers to share content, and allows space for dialogue, feedback, as well as peer learning. Most institutions using an LMS also provide support and training to staff in order for the service to be used optimally.
