The Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Dr Blade Nzimande, MP, has authorised NSFAS to open the 2020 application season for student funding from 1 September - 30 November 2019.

Microscopes for research on fish parasites

The University of the Free State's (UFS) Department of Zoology and Entomology recently received two microscopes for the Okavango Delta Leseding Research Project from IMP Innovation Solutions. The microscopes will be used for research on fish parasites in the Okavango Delta.
