The Centre for Teaching and Learning management team initiated the Khothatsa project to give recognition to our staff and students. Khothatsa means "to inspire" in Sesotho and as you will see from their writing, both students and staff inspire each other. The project started with a call to students to write about how their lecturers have inspired them. After receiving students' submissions we asked lecturers to reply. We thought that these stories are important to share and that it should form part of how we think about our institution. We would like to dedicate this publication to all the staff and students that have and continue to inspire us.
