Blended Learning Student Support and Services 

Educational technology (EdTech) Support Desk

The EdTech Support Desk Student Blackboard Helpdesk provides staff and student support in the use of the Learning Management System and other UFS-supported learning technologies, serving as first-line technical support and troubleshooting for technology in the learning and teaching digital environment. Concurrently, the Student EdTech Blackboard Training team is responsible for designing and delivering training initiatives to ensure students have the necessary skills to integrate technology effectively and meaningfully into their teaching practices, including authoring tools and any relevant learning and teaching tools, with further assistance from Edu-Tech Buddies in the facilitation of student training.

Student EdTech Training (Blackboard)

The Student EdTech Training team is responsible for designing and delivering training initiatives to ensure students have the necessary skills to integrate technology effectively and meaningfully into their teaching practices, including authoring tools and any relevant learning and teaching tools. While further assisted by Edu-Tech Buddies in the facilitation of student training.  


Cirrus Assessment

The Cirrus Assessment Helpdesk provides first-line technical support and troubleshooting to students in the use of the UFS Cirrus assessment platform.
