Architecture student at the UFS receives national award

Charles de Jager, honours student in Architecture at the University of the Free State (UFS), was recently named one of three winners of the Carl and Emily Fuchs Foundation Prestigious Award for Architecture. Competitors' practical design work they did in their first degree were judged as well as a design they had to complete within a certain time during the competition. Here is Charles (right) with Prof. Jan Smit, Head of the Department of Architecture at the UFS.
