Physical Resources is the heart of HRA; we are responsible for maintaining and upgrading all the residences and keeping facilities in the residences in a proper working condition for the rest of your student life.

Our responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Painting of residences
  • Tilling
  • Upgrading of ablutions and kitchens
  • Servicing of taps, toilet plugs, lights, and blinds
  • Repairing and replacing of damaged items
  • General maintenance
  • Cleaning
