International book launch: Bridging Knowledge Cultures

The Directorate of Community Engagement invites you to the launch of the book, Bridging Knowledge Cultures, a transformative book edited by Walter Lepore, Budd Hall, and Rajesh Tandon – Unesco co-chairs of the Unesco Chair in Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education.

The book explores the dynamics of equitable research partnerships, providing practical recommendations to overcome obstacles and forge effective collaboration between academia and diverse communities.

Also included in the book is a chapter contributed by academics from the UFS (see Chapter 10: Bridging Knowledge Cultures in Rural Health Education).
