Panel discussion on the Report of the Presidential Advisory Panel on Land Reform and Agriculture

South Africa's land question has been at the forefront of public discussion for the past year and a half. At the end of July 2019, the Presidential Advisory Panel on Land Reform and Agriculture published its report – an important contribution to this debate.

The Free State Centre for Human Rights will host a panel discussion on the report and its implications on:

Panel members include Prof Lungisile Ntsebeza of the Centre for African Studies at the University of Cape Town, Prof Elmien du Plessis of the Faculty of Law at North-West University, and Dr Frikkie Maré of the Department of Agricultural Economics at the UFS.

The discussion will be facilitated by Prof Danie Brand of the FSCHR. 

All members of the UFS community and the public are invited to attend and contribute to the discussion on this crucial question.
