George Foster, a PhD student at the Odeion School of Music, presents one of his doctoral examination recitals. He will be accompanied by Eljee du Plooy (organ) and Lesley-Ann Mathews (piano).

The well-known English writer, Rahl Dahl has had children glued to books or their TV sets for more than 40 years with his satirical look at the world of fairytales. This production gives the little ones the opportunity to meet die colourful characters of Dahl’s world on a colourful stage with multi-media, song and dance. Directing this production is DeBeer Cloete (Woesklip, Wilder as die Wildtuin and Mielie Maalie Maantuig) and features second years students from the UFS Drama Department. Book your ticket today and come and see what the true stories are behind classics such as Little Red Riding Hood, The Three Little Pigs, Cinderella, Goldilocks and Hansel and Gretel as see through the eyes of a visionary children’s writers.
