Script by: Dr. Pierre-Andre’ Viviers

Director: Pieter Venter

Presented by the second year Drama students of the UFS

One morning a quadruplet of girls realise their mother has gone away and they are now orphaned. But when the cat is away, the mouse cries king! The four sisters therefore decide to take turns playing mom. Unfortunately raising children isn’t a game, especially if you are merely a child. Where did their mother so secretly disappear to?

“Ge-wees” is a tragicomedy performed by the second year drama students at the UFS with Pieter Venter (Dis ek, Anna, Impi, Impi 2 – wat ‘n fees, Next customer please...) as the director. The script was written by Dr Pierre Andre’ Viviers.

“Ge-wees” will be performed from the 6th of August to the 9th of August at the Scaena theatre.
