George Foster, a PhD student at the Odeion School of Music, presents one of his doctoral examination recitals. He will be accompanied by Eljee du Plooy (organ) and Lesley-Ann Mathews (piano).

The recently formed Odeion Dixie Band will be performing during lunch time (13:00 to 14:00) on Monday 14 November in front of the Rector’s office on the Red Square. The programme will include famous numbers from the early swing and blues eras such as Basin Street Blues, The Saints and Millenberg Joys.

Come and have a break from the exam stress and enjoy an hour of old school Jazz entertainment!
