George Foster, a PhD student at the Odeion School of Music, presents one of his doctoral examination recitals. He will be accompanied by Eljee du Plooy (organ) and Lesley-Ann Mathews (piano).

In preparation for the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, the UFS Department of Music cordially invites you to an Advent Concert taking place in the Anglican Cathedral (St. Georges Street, Bloemfontein) on Sunday, 29 November 2009. Participating musicians include John Reid Coulter (organ), Matildie Thom Wium (soprano), Lance Phillip (tenor) and an instrumental ensemble. Music by composers Bach, Schutz, Montiverdi and Purcell will be performed.

R30 (pensioners, students and learners)
