The Online Assessment Helpdesk provides first-line technical support and troubleshooting to students in the use of the UFS online assessment platform. Students can contact the online assessment helpdesk by sending their query to eassessments@ufs.ac.za, or by visiting the self-help service portal at ctlhelpdesk.ufs.ac.za.
